Despite a bitter break-up with Great British Bake Off’s Paul Hollywood, Summer Monteys-Fullam has stayed quiet on the interview front.
But now she has spoken for the first time and has ruled out appearing on reality TV as it’s ‘not for her’.

Summer, 24, reportedly ‘dumped’ Paul, 53, after he asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Appearing on Fubar radio, the former barmaid said she wouldn’t consider shows like Love Island, despite rumours.
“No! I would not be able to live with all those people and I would miss my dog and all my horses and my family too much,” she said.
“It’s just not me, I don’t have anything against it, it’s just not me.”

Speaking about the fame she has received since the split, she was equally straightforward.
“I didn’t ask for this,” she admitted.
“Doors just keep opening and the world sucked me into it – in a good way, a really good way – and now I want to see what my options are.”
And, when addressing her future, she was coy.
“I have a few things, I can’t talk about anything in detail but I have some amazing TV presenting coming up, I am reading a few scripts, which you may have seen when I was on holiday.
“I would focus on my options that I have in front of me now rather than actual reality.”

Earlier in August, Summer responded to rumours that she was about to sign up for I’m A Celebrity.
Posting to her Instagram Stories, Summer said: “Morning everyone. Just to set the record straight… I have never contacted or been contacted by the celebrity jungle.”
She added: “Neither have I accepted, received or rejected any offers.”
