Peter Andre admits he’s not sure about doing another reality show with wife Emily

You can't do this to us, Pete

Peter Andre has killed fans’ dreams everywhere, by admitting he may not do another reality show with wife, Emily MacDonagh.

Speaking in this week’s Star magazine, the 44-year-old was asked: “Would you do another series of your fly-on-the-wall reality show?”

The TV veteran said: “So many people ask about that coming back, but I’m not sure… there’s a lot in the pipeline this year.”

Pete added: “I’m doing 60 Minute Makeover, which is reality, but someone else’s reality. I quite like that.”

The singer’s reality TV career kicked off in 2004, with an appearance on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

It was there he met his first wife, Jordan – now known as Katie Price. The pair spent the next five years making fly-on-the-wall reality shows together, including When Jordan Met Peter, Katie & Peter: The Baby Diaries and Katie & Peter: Stateside.

When he and Katie, 39, split in 2009, Pete went solo with his reality career, making Peter Andre: Going It Alone, followed by Peter Andre: The Next Chapter, and many more.

His last docu-series, Peter Andre: My Life on ITV2, documented the beginning of his relationship with Emily.

It ended in 2013, with Peter explaining that doctor, Emily, 28, prefers to stay out of the spotlight.

Speaking to This Morning at the time, he said: “It’s going to be the tenth series since I started and we go on a high. The ratings have been amazing. The last series had the highest ratings we’ve ever had and I thought, let’s leave it on a high and bow out gracefully.

“I am with someone who is a lot more private and even though I am public and I could never ask for privacy, you have to also respect the other person.

“But it’s not just that, I do honestly think that we’ve done it and the public have been amazing, and I would hate it for the ratings to start slipping and then I have to stop.”

But hope was restored last year, when the Mysterious Girl singer confirmed he was working on a mysterious new TV project. Could we dare to dream it may be another reality show?!

He told New magazine: “[I’m] filming a new show at the moment, I’m actually filming a pilot for another TV project, which is incredibly exciting.”
