Speaking in OK! magazine Emily, 27, said: “Once we move house I’m going to make a real effort to make some new mum friends, as that’s what I’m lacking in our current area.
“I’m lucky that Pete is supportive and mum is just on the other end of the phone, but it can be isolating, especially when Pete’s away working a lot.”
The junior doctor previously spoke about the downsides of her relationship with Pete, 44.
She told OK!: “The downside [of fame] is people being nasty.
“In the past I’ve read people criticising me and Pete, whether it’s the age difference or our appearance.
“I find it hard when people say I’m too young to be with him – my skin is not thick enough and I find it very upsetting.”
The couple tied the knot in 2015 and have two children together Amelia, three, and Theo, five-months.
Pete and Emily recently opened up about the shock operation that Theo had to undergo around two months ago.

Little Theo was diagnosed with a condition called tongue-tie, where the tongue is attached to the top of the mouth.
Speaking to OK! Emily revealed: “Pete and I were both crying when Theo had his operation. It was really traumatic.
“I felt guilty, I should have looked in his mouth and thought about tongue-tie.
“I took him to the clinic and they said it was really severe.”
But Emily ensured fans Theo is much better since his op.
She said: “His feeding has tripled and he’s sleeping better.
“I think I almost had a nervous breakdown before.”
