TV presenter Piers Morgan appeared on Loose Women on Wednesday, where he insisted the female population can’t resist him – including his Good Morning Britain co-host, Susanna Reid…
The show began with Piers, 52, chasing presenter Janet Street Porter around the set.
As he sat down, the journalist said confidently: “The more they play hard to get, the more you know they love you.
“They told me, ‘Janet won’t kiss you, she has a strict rule, no touching, no kissing.’ We’ll see about that.”
He then added: “Susanna Reid does the same thing, but we all know what she really thinks.”
Ruth, 57, said: “You honestly believe that Susanna Reid is secretly harbouring lustful thoughts about you?
Piers confirmed: “I just think the lady doth protesteth too much.
“Every magazine interview I read lately has her denying that she has a secret thing for me.
“Eventually as a bloke you say, yeah, you fancy me.”
They then showed him a picture of Susanna, 47, sitting awkwardly on the sofa with Piers.
“She’s leaning away, look!” said Linda Robson.
The oblivious GMB star insisted: “She’s leaning in.”
Former BBC presenter Susanna spends much of her time on Twitter retweeting people who complain about her co-host.
On Wednesday she even retweeted a picture of a magazine’s cover story featuring her with the coverline: “‘I can’t do this anymore!’ Susanna’s fury over ‘prima donna’ Piers”.
And on Tuesday’s show, she had to clarify to him: “I don’t ACTUALLY hate you, I know that comes as a surprise. I don’t actually hate you. It’s a question everyone is asking.”
In a recent interview with The Guardian she admitted: “People come up to me on the street and say, ‘How on earth do you deal with Piers Morgan?'”
She’s also said: “He totally wound me up from the moment he joined Good Morning Britain, nearly two years ago.
“He’s the most annoying man I’ve ever met.”

During the dramatic episode of Loose Women, which featured Saira Khan as number four on the panel, Piers also spoke about political correctness.
He shouted: “What is wrong with this country?! We are being enveloped in politically correct nonsense. But that doesn’t mean I don’t applaud equality in all areas. Both in gender equality, race equality, sexual equality.”
The tantrum-prone TV star also moaned about not getting an invite to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s upcoming wedding – despite having met the Suits actress.
He told the panel: “I was on Twitter one day and I love Suits, the show she was in in America, so I followed four of the stars of Suits, including Meghan Markle.
“Within ten seconds she immediately direct messaged me saying she was a massive fan, this is great, do you want to see future episodes?
“So she started sending me future episodes. I then linked in with one of the other guys on the show who came on GMB, and for a year and a half we were exchanging emails with each other.”
Piers claimed they’d even gone for a drink when Meghan, 36, was in the UK, adding: “She then came to London and said, ‘Do you fancy a drink?’ I said come to my local pub. There we were for 90 minutes, just me and Meghan. Next thing I know, silence. Off the radar.
“And then I know what happened. She would have said to Harry, ‘I have this British friend, his name is Piers Morgan.’ [And Harry said] ‘NO! YOU ARE NEVER SPEAKING TO HIM AGAIN!'”
Maybe her lust for you was just too great, Piers?
