Piers Morgan fans were delighted to get a glimpse of him enjoying a special occasion after the 54-year-old shared a family snap from a Rod Stewart concert.
The Good Morning Britain host revealed his ‘Rod Squad’ – made up of him, his parents and sister – to his 600,000 Instagram followers as they experienced the A lister treatment at last night’s gig in Hove.

“What an entertainer, and his voice sounds better than ever.”
Thanking his dad for setting up the “fabulous” family night out, Piers went on to explain: “So six months ago, my dad suddenly announced he’d splashed out £1000 on four top seats to see Rod Stewart perform in Hove, Sussex.
“He’d never done this kind of thing before, but explained: ‘I want to see Rod before one of us dies and it’s too late…'”
Piers – who managed to get his pic taken with Rod backstage, with his dad also getting a smooch from the veteran rocker – went on to add: “The motto of this tale is live your dreams.. before it’s too late!”
