Binky said: “As a first-time mum, you are already aware that people are anti-exercise in case it does harm the baby but with the research you’re doing your body good and your baby good.
“It helps you with labour, it keeps me and my mind at ease. I suffer from anxiety so I feel so much better.”
The star, who is eight months pregnant with her boyfriend Josh ‘JP’ Patterson, also shared a few exercises that she loves doing.
“Swimming is really good and lots of stretching, obviously pelvic floor is very good.”
The fitness fanatic recently shared a video on Instagram of herself doing burpees and lifting weights in the gym, but her fans said how dangerous it was.
One said: “You are not supposed to do hip thrust as your pelvis should not be elevated above head level. It’s dangerous for the baby.”
Another added: “In yoga you are not allowed to do certain moves because your pelvis should not be elevated.”
