With just two months to go until she gives birth, Christine Lampard has asked her fellow Loose Women panellists for some advice.
On Thursday’s show, the panel discussed their pregnancy stories and the truth about life with a newborn.
And Stacey Solomon didn’t hold back as she revealed her traumatic birthing story to her fellow panellists.

Recalling her labour, Stacey explained: “So I gave birth and I finally thought, ‘finally, I’ve given birth.’
“But [The nurses] asked me to keep pushing for the afterbirth. I was like, ‘what the hell is an afterbirth?’ All of a sudden I thought ‘My heart had come out’. A giant organ.
“I knew my heart was big but not that big. Someone had to explain to me [it was the placenta].”
She added: “I was 17 but they still could have said!”
Christine was left giggling at Stacey’s story.
The Irish presenter is expecting her first child with former footballer husband Frank Lampard.
During the chat, Christine revealed that she’s only bought her unborn baby a car seat so far.
She explained: “I’m really superstitious and I thought, ‘I’ve got time’. But the one thing I have bought is a car seat..”
As the panel urged her to start adding to her baby collection, Christine said: “Well I’d like to prepare myself to, so that’s one purchase I’ve made.”
The star also admitted she hasn’t made a birth plan yet.
Speaking about birth, she said: “Everyone ends with saying ‘you’ll love it!’ You sort of always think the worst and then you’re relatively happy. I keep getting asked if I’ve got a birth plan and I’m like ‘what is a birth plan?'”
Meanwhile, Christine recently opened up about what they will call their new baby.
But, she joked that she’s banned husband Frank from choosing a football-related name for their new baby!
She told Daily Star: “Calling him or her after any footballers is definitely off the agenda. I’ve warned Frank. We had a few discussions and it won’t be happening.”

Christine previously told OK! Magazine that she’d like Frank’s daughters Luna and Isla to be involved in choosing a baby name.
She said the girls have been offering suggestions, adding: “Nothing ridiculous – they’re all very good! And it would be lovely to pick something that the girls have chosen, so we’ll see how it goes.”
