Pregnant Gemma Atkinson has revealed what she will be taking with her to the hospital to have her baby, and it includes a special spray to help with soreness down below.
The former Emmerdale star gave fans a glimpse of what will be in her hospital bag on her Instagram Story and she didn’t hold back on the details!
She held up a special spray called “Spritz for Bits” which claims to soothe new mums after giving birth.
Gemma told her followers: “Mainly, I’m very excited for my Spritz for Bits because this is apparently soothing straight after birth. I know it’s not very nice to talk about for guys, but for women who have just pushed a baby out, it will be nice to soothe that area.
“So I’m hopefully going to be using this after the birth if all goes well. Hopefully these things will help assist my labour.”
