Stacey Solomon has been praised for sharing a candid photo of her figure to encourage body confidence.
The Loose Women star, who is expecting her third child, posted a snap of herself lounging in a children’s paddling pool wearing a white bikini as she showcased her growing bump.
Stacey, 29, said she posted the picture to “try and spread some body cheer” and encourage others to embrace their bodies.

She wrote: “Out in the garden doing all I can to cool down. Even though it’s only 20, however I feel like I’m in an oven!
“This week It’s mental health awareness week, and the theme this year is body image. Something I feel so passionately about.
“So I’m posting to try and spread some body cheer… Our bodies are incredible.”
Stacey said she tries to make a “conscious effort” every day of “being kind to myself and loving who I am inside and out”.
She continued: “No matter what society makes you feel, YOU ARE ENOUGH. What we look like does not define us.
“No one has the power to make you feel a certain way, that power is yours! So let’s take the power back and do all we can to reverse the damage that conditioning has done to us and how we view ourselves.”
The star – who is a mum to sons Zachary, 11, and Leighton, seven, – added: “Let’s give ourselves a bloomin break and try to accept who we are no matter how different!
“Stretch marks, veins, cellulite, muffin tops, scars, grey hairs, are beautiful and it’s what makes us US. We are ALL unique, and that is beautiful.
“You are the only you there is and THAT, in my opinion is perfection!”
Fans, of course, praised Stacey for keeping it real and posting the candid snap.
One person said: “You couldn’t have put it more perfect,” while another wrote: “You are real, gorgeous and inspirational – your kids are very lucky to have such a wonderful role model.”
A third added: “You look amazing! I love that you never edit your photos and always post photos without make up! Such a good role model!”
Stacey is currently pregnant with her third child – her first with boyfriend Joe Swash.
At the weekend, the star celebrated her baby shower surrounded by family and famous friends.

Alongside a string of stunning photos from the bash, Stacey wrote: “I think this is my favourite picture ever. I know there’s a lots of baby shower spam going on right now but I can’t help myself.
“I feel on top of the world. I am so privileged to have such an incredible family and friends. I will be forever grateful for the memories from today. Love you all to the moon and stars and back again.”
She added: “Also thank you to all of the lovely messages and well wishes from everyone on here. I’ve been trying to reply but I can’t keep up and I keep getting emotional in between haha crying with happiness right now.”
