Vogue Williams has admitted to crying “three times” in one day after she was called out on social media for being “unrealistic” by promoting exercise during pregnancy.
Vogue, who is expecting her first child with husband Spencer Matthews, has kept in shape for the past eight months due to regular workouts in the gym and with a personal trainer.
But taking to Instagram, one follower suggested Vogue was “putting pressure” on expectant working mums who may not be able to fit exercise into their daily routine.
Irish model Vogue, 32, shared the message she had received from the fan, admitting: “Messages like this make me so angry.”
It read: “Love you Vogue. But come on, take a chill pill. Just not realistic for working girls without support.

“I’m a big advocate of exercise. Just think you need to understand it’s not always possible.”
The follower, who Vogue has not named, added: “Your putting an awful lot of pressure on those girls who are struggling with pregnancy.
“Pleased your making it look easy. Not always the (way) [sic].”
Hitting back, Vogue told her followers that she ISN’T finding pregnancy easy and had found herself crying “three times” in one day.
She raged: “I’ve worked a 7 hour day today which is v difficult at 38 weeks pregnant but I can’t take maternity leave just yet.
“I play tennis this morning so I’m putting pressure on people? I’ve discussed how tough I sometimes find pregnancy, it’s not easy.
“I’ve cried three times today, I can’t sleep and my tummy is so itchy!”
Vogue added: “Just because I don’t discuss every part of my pregnancy, doesn’t mean I find it easy!
“Big up all the preggo ladies. This is HARD!”
Vogue went on to admit she had blocked the person behind the message, adding: “I don’t need her having a meltdown every time she see me exercise [sic].”
Vogue and 29-year-old Spencer are expecting their baby in two weeks’ times.
The couple tied the knot in June, marrying in an intimate wedding at Spencer’s family estate in Scotland.
