The passenger injured in a car accident with Prince Philip earlier this year is faces charges of holding back information about two previous road offences.
According to The Sun, Emma Fairweather failed to reveal within 28 days who was driving a VW Golf.
The charges came on October 3 and 21, three months before Emma was in the car crash with the Duke of Edinburgh.
The 46-year-old has now reportedly been charged with two counts of failing to name a driver when asked.
She did not attend a hearing at King’s Lynn in Norfolk yesterday. The case was adjourned until April 30 this year.
Each charge can carry up to six points on a driving licence.
Having 12 points can see a driver lose their licence.
It is not clear what offence the driver of the VW Golf committed, or who the registered owner of the vehicle is.
The keeper of a vehicle is normally the person asked to name a driver in such circumstances.
Emma was left with a broken wrist after Prince Philip’s Land Rover collided with her friend’s car in January.

Mum-of-two Emma then spoke publicly and said she was waiting for an apology.
