Prue Leith proved she had a good sense of humour this weekend after she sat down with her fellow Bake Off hosts for a pre-Christmas dinner.
Fans of the show will remember that Prue unfortunately tweeted her congratulations to the winner of the series – about eight hours before the show was broadcast!
At the time, Prue blamed a mix-up with time zones, but fans were fuming at having the surprise of the show’s winner – Sophie Faldo – revealed ahead of time.
And the 77-year-old’s technological prowess showed more signs of rustiness yesterday when she tried to share a sweet image taken with her fellow judges.
Prue got as far as uploading an image of her, Paul Hollywood, Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding around Sandi’s kitchen table.
But she was unable to tag her fellow hosts and judges in, so attempted to rectify the mistake in a follow-up tweet, which is where it really started going wrong.
Firstly, she poked fun at her Twitter catastrophe from earlier in the year, writing: “Forgot to tag #sanditokswig, #noelfielding, #paulhollywood but then I’m no good at Twitter am I??”
Unfortunately, as well as the tagging fail, she happened to get Sandi’s name wrong as well!
Fans were beside themselves at Prue’s attempts to master the technology, with one writing: “You’re ok at Twitter, it’s spoilers you struggle with.”
Another commented: “I love that you used hashtags instead of @s” – which also means that the people she tagged wouldn’t have been notified.
However, others wished Prue well and praised her for trying her best!
Prue then attempted a few more times to get the spelling right before admitting defeat, blaming autocorrect.

Talking to This Morning recently about her Bake Off gaffe, Prue said: “I think that was one of the worst half an hours. That first half an hour, when I realised what I’d done, which was the most idiotic thing in the world.”
