Countdown’s Rachel Riley got a fit of the giggles during today’s show when forced to spell out the word PERVERTS.
When one of the contestant blurted out the eight letter score, the puzzle show presenter was spotted stifling her laughter as she spelt out the controversial word on the letter board.
A stony faced Nick Hewer responded: “Anything to add?”
In Dictionary Corner, Adrian Chiles was unable to mask his shock. He eventually answered: “We’ve got something less unsavoury than that. We’ve got ‘overstep’.”
Susie Dent added: “Yes, and ‘reproves’.”
Of course, regular viewers of the show will know that this isn’t the first time 32-year-old Rachel has got a fit of the giggles during the show.
Back in March, the letter board spelt ‘no panties,’ while her boyfriend Pasha Kovalev found the word ‘bumhole’ during his appearance on the show in April.
While that X-rated scene ultimately ended up on the cutting room floor, Rachel posted a video of the moment, writing: “Can’t take @PashaKovalev anywhere 😂😂😂 This was supposed to be the clean version of the show!”

Of course, Rachel and Pasha met after being partnered on Strictly Come Dancing in 2013.
Rachel admits that she finds it hard to watch the Russian pro, who is this year partnered with former Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts.
“It’s kind of left its mark,” Rachel confessed. “It just makes me feel nervous – so I make myself busy when it’s on. I leave Pasha to it!”
