Gorgeous Holly Willoughby has no shortage of admirers, who shower her daily Instagram posts with comments about her style, figure and flawless skin.
A common question is simply: “How do you look so amazing so early in the morning?”
Holly has shared one of the tricks she uses to keep her youthful glow, and it’s pretty out-there!
The This Morning host has revealed that she bathes in milk to keep her skin as soft and radiant as possible.
But she’s not sending hubby Dan Baldwin out to the petrol station to pick up 100 litres of semi-skimmed.

Holly told Red Magazine: “I got told quite a weird trick by Liz Earle once. She came on This Morning and she made a milk bath for Mother’s Day.
“She got that old-school dried milk powder – like your nan used to bring on holiday to put in your tea – and dried rose petals covered in lots of rose and lavender essential oils, and mixed in with milk powder.
“Then you just take a scoop and put it in to make a milky bath – it’s so soft.”
She went on: “It would make a really nice gift. Which I haven’t done yet, but I like to keep little jam jars, just in case I ever do.”
Famously, milk baths were also used by Cleopatra, the ruler of Egypt, one of the most beautiful women to ever walk the earth.
Although according to legend Cleopatra bathed in donkey milk – not something we can imagine Holly doing.
Holly’s currently taking a break from This Morning as it’s half-term, and is being understudied by Amanda Holden.

Viewers can’t wait to get Holly back on screen, with lots of them saying Amanda’s laugh drives them crackers.
Amanda has also taken to posting her daily outfits on Instagram – something Holly has been doing for ages.
Maybe the Britain’s Got Talent judge will start bathing in milk as well!
