Rhian Sugden has revealed that she put on half a stone during lockdown.
Sharing a selfie of her wearing a sports bra, the 33-year-old took to Instagram to share the news with her 438k followers.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star posted the photo, captioning it: “Has anyone else packed on a few pounds in lockdown? I’ve put on over half a stone and can’t for the life of me get motivated to go to the gym… but putting my gym gear on is a step in the right direction right?
“I wish I was one of those people that enjoys working out and running etc… I just like eating and laying down too much.”

Of course, she still looks incredible – and who hasn’t put on a few pounds while the gyms have been shut?
Fans were quick to praise stunning Rhian.
One of them wrote: “You look amazing exactly the way you are!”
Another joked: “My beer belly is bigger but I haven’t braved the scales.”
A third decided they would hand a bit of advice over to the former Page Three girl. They commented: “Just get up early and do a two mile walk with that doggy of yours, you will be amazed at what happens, all the best.”
Rhian, who was involved in a texting scandal with married TV presenter Vernon Kay, recently revealed her regret over the situation.
Vernon scandal
Rhian and Vernon’s flirty exchanges came to light in 2010, with the model later claiming he also tried to secretly meet up with her in a hotel room.
Vernon, 46, got back in touch with the former CBB star in 2016 and the scandal blew up again.

The father-of-two penned an explanation of his actions, saying: “I recognise how it may look when messages are pulled out of context but there was never any inappropriate intent to our communication.
“I was merely trying to find answers to questions I’ve had since 2010.”
Rhian has since settled with former Coronation Street actor Oliver Mellor, with the couple currently trying for a baby using IVF.
