Rob Kardashian has sparked concerns for his life after it was revealed he is piling on weight and returning to his reclusive ways.
According to TMZ the 29-year-old’s relationship with pregnant fiancée Blac Chyna has hit a rough patch.
The website alleges Rob is living alone and has barely left his home for the past two months.
Now his famous family are believed to be terrified for his health, due to his diabetes which left him hospitalized earlier this year.
A source said: ‘Rob is slipping back into a dark place.’
The claims come as it was also reported by People that Rob and his 28-year-old fiancée have hit a major rough patch.
‘Rob and Chyna are not in a great place,’ a source told the magazine.
‘They are always up and down, but they went through a very rough patch as recently as last week.
‘They weren’t speaking, or even texting,’ the insider added.
The couple, who star on the E! reality show Rob & Chyna, are expecting a baby girl together later this fall.
This week Rob created more drama for the family when he lashed out at sister Kylie Jenner and leaked her phone number on Twitter on Monday.

For the last two years, Kylie has been in an on/off romance with Chyna’s ex-fiancé, rapper Tyga.
The Lashed salon owner and the 26-year-old Grammy nominee are also parents to three-year-old son King.
Rob and Chyna announced during the season premiere of their reality show on September 11 they were expecting a baby girl.
They previously took to Instagram in April to announce their engagement after three months of dating.
