Celebrity Big Brother’s Rodrigo Alves has stunned housemates by revealing he can no longer breathe or smell through his nose after plastic surgery.
The 35-year-old – dubbed Human Ken Doll after spending more than £500,000 on cosmetic surgery – entered the CBB house on Thursday night.
During a discussion with housemates about the shared toilets, Rodrigo remarked any lingering smells in the bathroom would not bother him as his nose is purely decorative these days.
He said: “I don’t mind because my nose doesn’t work anyway. I have to breathe through my mouth. This is just a nose, it doesn’t work.”

Rodrigo previously opened up about the issues he’s faced with his £40,000 worth of nose surgeries.
His sixth nose job went wrong and he developed necrosis.
He’s also suffered with MRSA because of a nose job.
He’s now had ten nose jobs.
Brazilian-born Rodrigo has undergone 60 surgeries during his life including having four ribs removed, a face and neck lift, and pec implants.
As well as losing his sense of smell and ability to breathe through his nose, he’s also suffered other side effects from his love of surgery.
He spent one month paralysed in hospital after having gel fillers in his arms.
Rodrigo has denied being addicted to plastic surgery, instead saying he’s undergone so many procedures because he’s had to have things corrected or updated over the years.
Perhaps his most drastic surgery was having four ribs removed earlier this year in a bid to look better in blazers, saying he was fed up with having to get blazers altered as his shoulder width and waist width were mismatched.
He told This Morning in January that he’s happy with his appearance.
“I love the way I look. I like to stand out, I never had plastic surgery to look ordinary or look like The Ken Doll. You guys gave me that nickname and I have fun with it. My name is Rodrigo Alves and that’s how I want to be known. I’m perfect for my eyes.
“I love the way I look and I love myself. It’s that simple. If you don’t love yourself how do you love others?”

Rodrigo has spoken about being bullied over his appearance as a child which led to his drastic surgeries later in life.
He once said: “I would like people to give me credit for my willpower and determination to go through with all these body modifications. I don’t encourage people at home to follow my path.
“I am very happy. Plastic surgery has changed my life.”
