Royal Wedding: Confirmation of timetable!

The day has finally arrived! At midday today Britain’s most eligible bachelor will officially be off limits as Prince Harry ties the knot with Meghan Markle.

And they have glorious sunshine at Windsor Castle for their special day!

Obviously you don’t want to miss a second of the highlights, but we all nedd tea and loo breaks, so here’s a hand handy guide to when the best bits are happening!

The official timetable is all follows:

9am – Invited members of the public arrive at Windsor Castle

9.30-11am – Wedding guests assemble

11.20am – Members of the royal family begin to arrive

11.40am – Harry and best man William expected on foot

11.42am – Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland arrives at the Galilee Porch

11.52am – The last guest to enter the chapel will be the Queen

11.59am – Here comes the bride

Noon – The service begins

1pm The newlyweds emerge on the West Steps of the chapel

1.05pm – Carriage procession through the streets of Windsor, followed by an afternoon reception in the castle.

7pm – Bride and groom depart for evening reception at Frogmore House.

Meanwhile, Buckingham Palace has confirmed the royal titles Harry and Meghan will assume, once they have exchanged their vows today.

The Queen has today been pleased to confer a Dukedom on Prince Henry of Wales. His titles will be Duke of Sussex, Earl of Dumbarton and Baron Kilkeel.

Prince Harry thus becomes His Royal Highness The Duke of Sussex, and Ms. Meghan Markle on marriage will become Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex.
