Ryan Thomas has returned to social media for the first time since being embroiled in a cheating scandal.
The CBB winner has been silent ever since last week, when his girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh was caught on video looking cosy with another man.
While she publicly slammed the accusations as “ridiculous”, reports say that Ryan has been left heartbroken.

And, in Ryan’s first foray back into social media since the scandal, Lucy is conspicuous in her absence.
Several days before Christmas, Ryan was reportedly left distraught over a video appearing to show the former TOWIE star stroking and kissing another man while off partying in Dubai with friends.
One source told Mail Online that the Celebrity Big Brother winner, 34, was “in pieces” when he watched the video.

It shows Lucy placing a hand on the back of millionaire Adam Rossiter before appearing to kiss him.
Sources have claimed she was “over friendly” with the man as she accompanied him into The Penthouse, a posh bar and restaurant at Dubai’s Five Palm resort.
However, Lucy has since spoken out against the cheating claims, saying on Twitter: “Since when has saying goodbye to a friend turned into a cosy night out?! #ridiculous.”
Meanwhile, Ryan has stayed quiet on social media.
Today (Thursday 27 December), he broke his silence by posting a black and white selfie on his Instagram Stories. But it hasn’t exactly reassured fans.
Not only is there no sign of Lucy, the actor doesn’t exactly look full of festive cheer. In fact, he looks miserable.
Earlier this week, Ryan Thomas’ brother Adam reportedly unfollowed Lucy after the cheating claims.

After falling for each other last year while filming Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls, Ryan and Lucy split briefly before reuniting.
They were rumoured to be on the brink of an engagement before their relationship was rocked by the incriminating video.
Lucy has continued to share photos on her social media accounts over the Christmas period, although none have included her boyfriend.
