Actor Ryan Thomas has given an insight into family life with his daughter Scarlett with a sweet picture of them hanging out together.
Ryan was announcing that his 10-year-old is taking part in a charity challenge and he chose to reveal it in a humorous way.
The former Coronation Street star shared a picture on Instagram, which showed him laying on the ground looking defeated, as Scarlett placed her foot on his chest and lifted her arms in triumph.
The pair were both clad in their gym gear for the fun pic.
Ryan captioned the cute photo with: “Scarlett has just signed up to the mile-long mud-fest that is @lidlgb #LidlMudder on 4th May before it heads off round the country #ad.”
The 34-year-old’s Instagram followers loved his father and daughter picture.
“Such a great bond ❤️,” wrote one of Ryan’s fans.
A second commented: “She’s the spit of you. Good luck Scarlett.”
Another added: “Brilliant pic ❤️,” and a fourth gushed: “Gorgeous pic 😍😍😍❤️❤️.”

The star’s latest Instagram post comes after he revealed it’s often tricky to get Scarlett, who he has with ex Tina O’Brien, to pose for a picture with him.
Last week, Ryan, who is now dating Lucy Mecklenburgh, shared a beach pic from their recent holiday in Portugal and joked that he was being an “embarrassing dad”.
He wrote: “Embarrassing Dad just wanting a picture with his daughter, I found my window of opportunity and I took it!!…whether she liked it or not!! 😂”

Ryan’s partner Lucy is close with Scarlett and he recently revealed their bond in another holiday snap, calling his girls “my rocks”.
