TV presenter Rylan Clark said sorry to fans for “scaring” them on ITV’s Lorraine earlier today (Tuesday, 30 November).
Rylan was on the show promoting his new podcast, The Ry-union.
During his chat with Ms Kelly, Rylan addressed his split from husband Dan Neal earlier this year, saying: “I wasn’t good. I’m not gonna lie. I think everybody knows that.”

Lorraine pointed out that many of his fans were genuinely worried for him as he struggled so openly.
Rylan appeared on ITV’s Lorraine
Rylan replied, saying: “Sorry for scaring people.”
The It Takes Two host also poked fun at himself and his recent decision to get rid of his (in)famous veneers.
He told Lorraine: “I’m obviously going through a mid-life, trying to dye my hair blonde, new teeth.”
Rylan’s fans rushed to Twitter to praise the star for his bravery and to comment on his new look.
One person tweeted him, saying: “Just watched you on Lorraine. You are looking wonderful and it’s great seeing you on telly again. I’ll be listening to your podcasts too.”
Another said: “Loving the new look @Rylan on Lorraine this morning. Looking good…love ya.”
A third added: “I love @Rylan such a nice and genuine guy.”
While a fourth said: “Watching @Rylan on @reallorraine and he really is the sweetest guy ever.”
Rylan left his army of supporters worried as he appeared to struggle hugely with the split, culminating on a “break-down” on air.
Rylan and Dan married six years ago, split in the spring of this year and announced divorce plans back in September.
Rylan’s marriage woes
A source at the time told MailOnline: “Things were looking so good, like they were back together. They hoped they could avoid divorce, but it’s now looking like the only way forward.
“Many around them were desperately hoping they can win the battle to save their relationship. It’s very sad.”

Rylan addressed his well-being himself after breaking down during a song on his Radio 2 show and subsequent rumours in the press.
He took to Twitter on Wednesday, October 20, saying: “Couple of news stories today. Be assured, I’m good. I wasn’t but I am now x.”
More recently he stunned fans by revealing a dramatic teeth makeover.
He tweeted earlier this month: “After 8 years. It hurts, so much, but sometimes you just have to let go. I’ve taken the decision to say goodbye…to my teeth.” After a laughing emoji, he teased: “New smile imminent.”
Rylan also joked that he is on a mission to spend all his money before his divorce is finalised. The 33 year old had fans in stitches as made the quip before an audience in London.
