The photo shows Sam, 26, showing off her growing baby bump in a pair of grey shorts and grey crop top while holding little Paul Jr and smiling at her tot.
How sweet!
She captioned the snap: “Words can’t describe how excited we are to meet you baby 👶❤ We love you soo much already. #babynumber2 #2under2.”
One excited fan commented: “OMG this is amazing! Congratulations!”
Another added: “Congratulations, wonderful news and such a lovely family xx.”
“Congratulations!! Aww baby sibling for Paul…amazing news,” a third wrote.
This comes after Sam admitted she would love “five or six” children and confessed she’s feeling “broody”.
Speaking to Closer magazine the star said: “I’d love to have more babies! Paul and I want five or six kids in the end.”
Sam has previously said she would only consider having another baby after she and partner Paul get married.
The model revealed earlier this year that she would love for her fella to pop the question but isn’t going to be a “creepy girlfriend” waiting around for him to propose.
She told OK! Magazine: “Of course I’d love to get married, but I don’t want people thinking I’m some creepy girlfriend who begs her boyfriend to propose.”

The couple have their own reality show, The Mummy Diaries, which follows them around in their day-to-day life as they parent their toddler.
In one episode of the ITVBe series marriage was a hot topic between the pair.
She spoke about how much she wanted to be married and would joke about waiting for Paul to put a ring on it. But Sam insists that that’s all it was all a joke.
She added: “It was a bit of an ongoing joke between us that happened to end up being made into a big part of the show.
“I know he’ll ask me at some point so I’m in no rush.
“We get asked all the time so it puts a lot of pressure on him. We’ve spoken about marriage – it’s definitely on the cards.”
Speaking about what her big day would be like she told the publication: “I want a small, intimate wedding.
“I don’t really want the big white wedding. I want it to be on a beach, somewhere exotic.
For now the couple are focusing on becoming parents for the second time. How exciting!
Congratulations Sam and Paul – and, er, Paul!
