Sam Faiers has revealed her terror after son Paul was taken to A&E with a painful injury.
The two-year-old had been enjoying a day at the farm and soft play with his grandmother Gaynor when he injured his arm.
In the first episode of Sam’s new ITVBe show, The Mummy Diaries, viewers watched the moment she found out about the injury while the cameras were rolling, asking someone off screen: “He was hurt? How?”
She told the cameras: “Your heart goes really quick and my hands went really clammy. I just thought, ‘He’s broken a bone’ and that made me feel so sick. I just wanted to get to him straightaway and hold him and comfort him.”

Sam’s boyfriend Paul Knightley said he’d got a call from his mum Gaynor and knew something was wrong.
“I get a call from mum and she’s a bit panicky and upset and I couldn’t really make sense of it so I just put the phone down, grabbed my trainers and jacket and jumped in the car to go there,” he said.
Gaynor was visibly upset as she said: “There was panic as I didn’t know what was wrong. Seeing him cry and knowing he was in so much pain from the way he was crying was heartbreaking.
“I felt so bad. I can feel it now. I thought he was having a tantrum but then I thought, ‘it’s gone on too long…'”
Paul returned home with Gaynor and baby Paul but knew something was wrong.
He and Sam called a medical helpline which advised them to go to A&E as it sounded like a pulled elbow or a fracture.
“I was beside myself,” said Sam.
“We went straight to A and E, to get him checked out. We got there so quick but it felt like forever. The first thing the doctor said was, ‘it’s a pulled elbow,’ so basically it’s a dislocated elbow’.
“And the doctor said, ‘I can pop it back in here and now for you.’ I just wanted to cry my eyes out because it’s your baby, isn’t it?
“He literally pulled his arm around, yanked it around and popped it back in.
“Hopefully that’s the first and last accident.”
Thankfully, little Paul is on the mend now, and Sam later told sister Billie Faiers: “He’s fine. He’s careful anyway, but he’s being very wary of it. For days he wouldn’t use the bad arm, he was very aware of it.”

Elsewhere on the first episode, we were shown around Sam and Paul’s stunning new Hertfordshire mansion, learned about Sam’s plans for a home birth, and watched as the girls worked on their Minnies fashion boutique.
