Scarlett Moffatt has urged fans to be kinder to themselves in a powerful post on body confidence.
The 29-year-old former Gogglebox star insisted “every body is a beach body” as she soaked up the sun on a boat in Turkey.
She accompanied the post with a honest clip of her “boobs and belly” while wearing a bikini.

Scarlett Moffatt’s trolling
Despite her confidence, it hasn’t always been easy for Scarlett.
Back in April, the former I’m A Celebrity winner opened up on one of the major downsides to fame – trolling.
She revealed that the trolling she received got so bad she used to call the Samaritans.
Trolls would make cruel jibes about her nose and figure, leaving the presenter feeling distraught.

Speaking to Kate Thornton as part of her White Wine, Question Time podcast, Scarlett said: “I was getting loads of stick.
“I was like: ‘It’s the nose I was born with.’”
She went on: “Can you imagine working any other job and getting this much hate?”
On calling the Samaritans, Scarlett added: “I’d give a fake name and I’d chat for 15 minutes. It actually really, really helped.”
