Shannen Doherty has made an effort to share her cancer battle with her fans.
The Charmed actress, who was diagnosed in February of this year, has been updating her followers with photos and videos after receiving her life-changing news.
Her latest Instagram post sees her with a nurse as she’s about to undertake another round of chemotherapy.
Shannen looks remarkably upbeat and is said to be doing her best to stay positive in this scary situation.
Captioning the video, she wrote: “Chemo day. I’m lucky to have such a great team!!! Dawn has been taking care of me from pretty much the start along with Dr Piro, Joyce, Rosie, Kathy and everyone else at the clinic.
“I don’t enjoy chemo day or needle like things in my chest or my port but, at least with this crew it’s not so bad.
“Make sure you connect not only with your oncologist but also with the person administering your chemo. Thank you to The Angeles Clinic,” she added.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight the star came out and said that her cancer has spread despite a single mastectomy she underwent in May.
“I had breast cancer that spread to the lymph nodes, and from one of my surgeries we discovered that some of the cancer cells might have actually gone out of the lymph nodes; so for that reason, we are doing chemo, and then after chemo, I’ll do radiation.” she said.

Shannen has recently taken part in the 7 day love your spouse challenge on Instagram and she has been sharing the most beautiful photos of her and husband Kurt Iswarienko.
The 45-year-old shared this cute holiday snap of the pair: “It’s the 2nd day of #loveyourspousechallenge and this photo is from a trip to Vail. I can honestly say that we always have a great time together. @kurtiswarienko thank you for being my best friend.”
She captioned this one: “4th day of #loveyourspousechallenge Here @kurtiswarienko and myself are in Barcelona, Spain. We had found a speakeasy late at night that was such a cool experience.”
