Holly Willoughby has shared her pride in daughter Belle following a recent conversation about politics.
This Morning favourite Holly, 37, took to Instagram on Friday afternoon to reveal details of a conversation she’d just had with her seven-year-old daughter, Belle, about President Donald Trump’s visit to the UK.
She posted a photo showing a rare glimpse of Belle’s hands gripping her teddy.

Holly’s caption read: “Little Belle… and this is why I love her… whilst watching the Queen meeting President Trump I was explaining to her about his ‘build a wall’ on the border policy and the impact of that…
“She replied to me … ‘mummy… I wouldn’t build a border, I’d build a bridge’ …”
Holly signed off the caption with a smiling, proud face emoji.
More than 80,000 people liked Holly’s post.
Holly is also mum to son Harry, nine, and three-year-old son Chester with TV producer husband Dan Baldwin, but they prefer to keep the children out of the limelight.
She rarely ever shares photos of the kids to social media and when she does, their faces are always obscured from the camera to protect their privacy.
Holly’s going to have lots more time to spend with her kids going forward as she’s just started her annual six-week summer break from This Morning.
Holly and co-host Phillip Schofield hosted their last This Morning before the holidays on Friday, telling viewers they would be back again in September.
Opening the show on Friday, Holly said: “It’s our last show before Eammon and Ruth take over for the summer from Monday. Definitely in holiday mode now. We are taking a little bit of time off for the summer.”

She added: “It’s been an amazing year, cheers! And thank you to the whole team who will be back on Monday, of course, because Eamonn and Ruth are going to be here.”
Phil added: “Yes, we are slipping away for a little while now… only for a bit of Prosecco, but we’ll be back in September. Have a fantastic summer, lots of love, we’ll see you then.”
