Following her recent outing in LA, a friend allegedly told the MailOnline: “She is trying to bulk up but she’s finding it isn’t working and it is pretty frustrating for her now.
“She knows how thin she looks and is eagerly trying to put on weight but it just isn’t happening.”
They added: “Sharon simply didn’t think it would turn out like this.”

So what has Sharon said about taking Ozempic?
Sharon on Ozempic
In September 2023, Sharon admitted she “didn’t want to go this thin”.
Speaking on Piers Morgan Uncensored at the time, the TV legend said she no longer took Ozempic. She said: “It’s just time to stop, I didn’t actually want to go this thin but it just happened.”
The star added: “I’ll probably put it all on again soon!”
Earlier in 2023, Sharon revealed how much weight she lost after taking the jab. She explained on US talk show The Talk: “I took [the injection] for four months and I lost 30 pounds. I was very sick for a couple of months.
“The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset.”
She added at the time: “But listen, I took it for four months, I lost 30 pounds. I’ve just shoved two chips in my mouth, while we had the break, and I eat normally now, and I haven’t put on a pound. Nothing.”
Sharon on Loose Women
More recently, during an appearance on Loose Women in January 2024, Sharon opened up further about her weight struggles.
Sharon said of taking Ozempic: “That has obviously taken a lot of weight off and, I don’t regret it, you know. Everything with weight with me was I want it now. But I always wanted it now and the injection that I was on, worked and it just seems that now I can’t put anything on.”

Janet Street-Porter then asked: “I’ve read, you said you are desperate to put the weight back on. So, the injections have changed the way you eat?”
Sharon replied: “Yes, totally. I lost over 40 pounds. I’d put on weight if I could. I’d put back another 10 [pounds].”
