While most children may have to endure a boring ‘take your child to work day’ in a dreary office block, Shayne Ward’s baby daughter, Willow, visited the set of Corrie with daddy.
What a lucky girl!
Shayne’s fiancée and Willow’s mum, Sophie Austin, posted a snap to Instagram showing Shayne and Willow outside Coronation Street’s local pub, The Rovers Return Inn.
The former Hollyoaks actress captioned the snap, which shows Shayne, 33, and Willow just about to enter the famous watering hole, “Ok daddy, just one. #daddieslittlegirl #daddieswork.”

Although Willow’s face isn’t visible in the picture, she clearly shares the same dark hair (and undoubtedly, good looks) as her mum and dad.
Fans were quick to gush over the sweet snap, praising the 15-month-old tot and her doting dad as ‘so cute’ and ‘adorable’.
Another follower added, “Little Willow going for her first OJ.”
In November, it was announced Shayne would be leaving the soap in what’s been described as ‘an explosive storyline’.
He is now rumoured to be in the running for the next series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! although he’s not confirmed that.
The former X Factor winner joined the cast of Coronation Street three years ago as brooding bad boy Aidan Connor, and his character is currently unaware that his ex-fiancée Eva Price, played by Catherine Tyldesley is expecting his baby.
Off-screen, Shayne has experienced his own whirlwind romance with Sophie.
After going public with their relationship in March 2016, they announced the happy news they were expecting their first child together just five months later in August.
Willow May Ward was born in December 2016, and Shayne proposed to Sophie a year later.
Shayne has since spoken about how much he adores his role as a dad.

He told This Morning: “I was always meant to be a dad, with Sophie, and we’ve created Willow. I just love her so much.”
