Britain’s Got Talent judges Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, Simon Cowell and David Walliams looked very dapper as they arrived for the first day of auditions.
But for Amanda Holden it could be her first AND last day as reports suggest Simon sacked her.
Looking stunning in a white jumpsuit as she walked the red carpet for the Blackpool auditions, once she got inside, Simon had a surprise for the panel’s longest serving judge.
He announced he’d replaced her with a granny from the crowd!
According to The Mirror, the head honcho said:
“I have an announcement to make. How many years have you been with us Amanda? Look, everything has to end eventually, we’ll do this season together but people have to be replaced.” Cheeky!
David then stepped in and convinced the old lady to sit in Cowell’s chair instead and tried to sack the boss.

Although they reportedly had to wait an hour before actually starting the auditions as the buzzers weren’t working, once the day kicked off, they did so in true BGT style with a singing robot the first act to wow the crowd.
The judges had all travelled to the auditions in luxury, alongside show hosts Ant and Dec, on a private jet.
Alesha Dixon posted a picture of the gang to her Instagram feed, saying “it feels good” to be back with her BGT family.
And David Walliams also shared the photo, but in typical rude fashion he commented about his love for Simon and how they’d joined the mile high club!
He also shared a picture from the auditions yesterday captioned: “Here we are pretending we all like each other”.
Given the auditions were being held in Blackpool, it was appropriate that Simon and David both turned up riding a donkey.
Hopefully no one made an ass of themselves!
