Liam Payne and his superstar girlfriend Cheryl Tweedy have been vigilant in keeping pictures of their 7-month-old baby, Bear, away from the press.
But it’s not just the paps who are having trouble getting a glimpse of the little one – even some of Liam’s family haven’t had a chance to meet him yet!
Liam’s cousin, Ross Harris, has told CelebsNow: “I haven’t had a chance because I’ve been so busy.”
Ross has been working on solo music as well as touring the country drumming for Busted, and blames his own busy schedule as much as Liam’s for not popping in to see the new arrival.
Ross continued: “Liam’s invited me round but I haven’t been in the same country at the same time.
“Everyone’s been so busy, so it’s been pretty much hard for anyone to get round there, plus you kind of want to leave them alone.

“A newborn child, it’s a busy thing and they have enough trouble with sleeping patterns and taking care of the baby – but hopefully I’ll get to go round soon.”
Liam and Cheryl – Chiam to fans – have been dating for around 18 months, although they first met almost 10 years ago when Liam appeared on X Factor while Cheryl was a judge.
So Ross might not be all that close to Liam, as he also revealed he hasn’t even met Cheryl yet. He said: “I still haven’t met Cheryl. It would be nice to catch up with them and see the little one. Maybe I’ll take Bear some drumsticks – after all, you have to start them young. I think I’m a good babysitter, so if they need help, then of course I’d like to.”
Ross went on to say that when he does make baby Bear’s acquaintance, he wouldn’t be against the idea of putting him on a track – baby steps here Ross, you’ve not even met him yet!
Liam showed that fatherhood may be catching up with him last weekend during his performance on the X Factor’s live shows.
When he’d finished performing his new single Bedroom Floor, he was meant to walk offstage after a quick chat with Dermot. But the singer, perhaps suffering from the dreaded “baby brain”, instead came back out behind Dermot, and walked straight up to the judges’ table.
He then made a bee-line for where Cheryl was sitting, took her arm and led her out of the studio past a sea of unbelieving fans!
Liam blamed his stage blunder on X Factor producers, who he said told him to take that path off the stage. He said: “That’s what I got told to do, and I got so much stick for it. It was hilarious, storming off stage and taking my missus.”

Apart from all that, life is good for Liam and Cheryl, plus their latest addition. We’re dying to see some pictures of Bear – the audio clip Liam uploaded to Instagram the other day was a great start, but we want more!
However, it does make us feel a little better that it’s not just us who’re yet to be acquainted with the no-doubt-gorgeous tot.
