The Love Island villa has been rocked with news of a bombshell recoupling where TWO islanders will be dumped – and fan favourite Dr Alex George is one of those at risk.
There are currently nine men in the villa and just seven girls, after Samira Mighty’s decision to quit on Thursday, which means it will be two men going home in the immediate recoupling .
And when you look at the current couples, it’s not hard to see who is at risk…
Original islander Alex is single after Grace Wardle’s dumping earlier this week, while newcomers Kieran Nicholls and Idris Virgo are both single, too.

There’s only one single girl, Alexandra Cane, who arrived on Wednesday night.
That means the decision over which boy to save and which boys go home pretty much lies solely in Alexandra’s hands. No pressure, then!
She says in the Beach Hut: “Ultimately, the decision is down to me. I have now got to choose between Alex, Kieran and Idris… The three guys that I’ve got to choose between, they are all so nice.
“It’s just making my decision really, really hard because they are all so lovely and I don’t want to send anybody home…
“I’ve got to go with my instinct and who my mind and heart is telling me.”
After the bombshell recoupling is announced, a gloomy Alex says: “This is crazy, either she picks me or I go home… This is D Day for me. Do or get dumped.”
Alexandra chose Alex for a date on arrival and has said she’s really attracted to him, but she’s also concerned that she feels “nervous” when talking to him, rather than chilled out as she does with Kieran and Idris.
She tells Alex: “You are a bloody great guy. I need to make sure that within my heart that is how I feel also and I know you respect that.
“I am so protective over you and I want you to be yourself and I want you to feel relaxed around me and I want to feel relaxed around you because I feel like that’s the only way that something may possibly progress.”
But Alex has stiff competition from both Kieran and Idris, who are pulling out all the stops to impress Alexandra.

It’s likely the other couples will stay as they are: Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham, Wes Nelson and Megan Barton Hanson, and Josh Denzel and Kazimir Crossley have all made it official.
Ellie Brown and Charlie Brake seem pretty solid, as do Laura Anderson and Jack Fowler and Georgia Steel and Sam Bird, despite a couple of blips for the latter two pairings.
Love Island airs 9pm on ITV2.
