Georgia Steel becomes tearful following the latest Love Island re-coupling over her feelings for Josh Denzel.
In tonight’s episode, viewers will see the 20-year-old confide in her gal pals that she’s worried she’ll get hurt if she tells the 26-year-old how she really feels about him.
As a result, she’s been trying to keep Josh “on his toes” but now she’s worried her aloofness could push him away.
She tells Laura and Dani: “I’ll be honest with you girls, I think the past couple of days I have been very (signals distance) like this with him.
“And it’s because when I feel something with somebody, I don’t necessarily like to admit it to them, because I feel like when you’ve admitted it to them they feel like they’ve got you and they’re not interested anymore.
“But I do feel like I’m going to push him away if I carry on doing it, I really do.”
She adds: “I really like him but I’m just so scared to be like, ‘oh I like you.’ Because then I feel dead vulnerable that he thinks ‘she likes me now, I can do what I want with her, I’ve got her feelings in my hands’.”
Becoming tearful, Georgia admits she hates showing any “vulnerability” to men as she’s “always been taught to be strong”.

Georgia was initially coupled up with Niall Aslam but romance never had time to develop between the pair after he decided to leave the villa for “personal reasons”.
When Josh then arrived in week two, she decided to pick him at the re-coupling.
She told him: “I want to couple up with this boy as I think he’s a right sort, a little bit edgy and he made me smile just when I needed it. I’m looking forward to spending more time with him in the villa.”
Josh then returned the favour at Friday’s re-coupling, which saw Rosie Williams dumped from the villa.
Picking Georgia, he told her: “I want to couple up with this girl as she’s fit, fiery and feisty, she keeps me on all ten of my toes and I’m enjoying getting to know her. And I’m going to enjoy the next few weeks making sure I find out everything about her.”
But his comments seemingly haven’t reassured Georgia, who is worried she could end up getting hurt if she lets her guard down.
Laura advises Georgia to put her uncertainty to one side and embrace her and Josh’s increasing attraction towards one another.
She reassures her: “He is obsessed with you already. You’ve got him right there. It’s not going to change if you open up to him.
“If anything if you open up your heart to him, he’s going to fall for you even more, and it’s so lovely to watch. You just need to trust yourself and trust him.”
