The search for Amelia Spencer takes another dramatic twist next week when Kerry Wyatt pleads with the missing girl’s biological dad Daz Spencer to tell them where she is.

Viewers will see Daz tell his brother Dan, Kerry and partner Bernice about the call he received demanding a ransom for Amelia’s return.
But considering Daz has already been hauled in twice by the boys in blue, will they even believe him about the call?
Daz comes up with a plan to raise the money to get the schoolgirl back but when it’s scuppered he ends up fleeing.
Meanwhile the search for Amelia seems to have gone quiet and Dan – convinced that his brother is behind her disappearance – pleads with DI Benton to go after his missing brother.
Nicola King has suspicions about where Daz might be staying and when she shares them with Kerry, the feisty Geordie heads off on a mission to track him down.
She eventually finds him and lashes out before begging her to tell her where Amelia is. But does he know?
The mystery of her disappearance deepened in Emmerdale last week as cops confirmed she’d been spotted with a ‘mystery’ person.
They also suspect someone she KNOWS is behind her abduction.
Step forward prime suspect – Daz Spencer.
The police revealed their breakthrough in the case when they found CCTV footage from a nearby town centre of the schoolgirl with an unidentified woman in a hoodie.
Has she been groomed by somebody she trusts into running away?
In the conversations, Amelia asked if she could come home yet and was told she wasn’t able to yet.
When the police discover that the person’s username is ‘Helmand2009’, it leads them straight to Daz, who admitted under questioning that he’d served in the Afghanistan province during his time in the army.

A few weeks ago, a DNA test revealed that Daz is Amelia’s biological father, leaving the little girl shocked to the core.
While Daz completely denies being involved, it’s clear that he is hiding something…
