Joe Tate is missing his right-hand-man, but could a right-hand-woman be the next replacement?
This week, businessman Joe was forced to banish Graham Foster from his life after a series of seriously sad events.
During a special flashback episode, Graham was haunted by the demons of his past.

On the anniversary of the death of his wife and unborn child, Graham tried to blot out the painful memories by drinking himself into oblivion.
However, the more he drank, the angrier and more full of self-loathing he became – eventually lashing out at the one person who knew what he was going through.
In shocking scenes, Graham beat his employer to a pulp.

Despite begging for his forgiveness once he’d sobered up, Joe refused to accept Graham’s apology and told him never to return to Emmerdale.
While we’re pretty sure we WILL see Graham again, Joe is struggling without him.
In scenes shown on Thursday (2 August), Joe seemed overwhelmed without Graham around to help him.
In fact, the silly sausage couldn’t even work out how to use his coffee machine or turn off an alarm…
We wonder if Graham tucked Joe in at night too?
Joe’s apparent “uselessness” on his own led to him offering Priya Sharma a job.
“I know we didn’t get off on the best of terms last time,” he told her. “But how would you like to come work for me?”
When Joe offered to triple her current salary, Priya soon agreed to become Joe’s new personal assistant at Home Farm.
And romantic viewers believe the pair will end up falling for each other.
After all, they both could do with cheering up! Although there’s a hitch – Joe is supposed to be dating Debbie…
