Rainie Cross is busy daydreaming about living happily-ever-after with Max Branning and baby Abi next week.
The former hooker and drug addict gets carried away while looking through magazines with Honey Mitchell.
Feeling positive about the future, Rainie tells Honey that everyone deserves a second chance, which gets Honey thinking about Billy’s offer that she and the kids should move in with him and Jay.
But it’s not long before Rainie’s hopes for her fairytale ending are crushed by Max.

Later he confronts her about her wanting to be part of his future and a humiliated Rainie says it was all an act.
But when she later undercharges a customer, she’s desperate to put things right.
She and the client head to the office to sort out the paperwork and Max spots them together.
Furious, he storms into the cabin because he’s worried Rainie is messing things up for him.
But is there more to it than that? Could Max possibly be jealous that Rainie was with another man?

EastEnders viewers know that Max Branning married Rainie Cross for one reason and one reason only – to get custody of his granddaughter Abi.
Their relationship is a sham to convince welfare officers that Max would make a good guardian for the baby – rather than Abi’s maternal great-grandmother Cora.
But it was soon apparent that Rainie hadn’t got the memo.
In a surprising twist of events, the BBC soap have hinted that Rainie had fallen for the dodgy car salesman.
The dramatic summer preview, released last month, showed Rainie plant a smacker on Max’s lips which got everyone talking about her feelings for Max.

And as the month played out it became obvious that Rainie had indeed caught the feels for her sham husband.
