Ever since Mel Owen returned to Walford, it’s only ever been a matter of time before she ended up in the arms of resident hunk Jack Branning.
The sexual chemistry between the pair has been smokin’ hot – even though Little Miss Independent Mel has been fighting it every step of the way.
But on Thursday (3 May), viewers will see the pair finally give in to temptation when they end up in bed together.
After a stressful day – mainly thanks to Billy being, well, Billy – Mel takes out her frustrations on Jack and the pair end up bickering.
But the snapping soon turns to tearing each other’s clothes off!
In scenes that follow, we see Mel attempt to put the one-night-stand to the back of her mind as she continues to deny her true feelings for Jack – who is SO her perfect match!

However, Mel lets her guard slip despite herself when she learns that Jack has been injured in a fight at the club.
She immediately rushes to his aid, which isn’t really the actions of a women who’s not bothered!
Does this mean that she will finally soften her heart to Walford’s most eligible bachelor? We do hope so!
Admittedly both of their track records are pretty terrible with the opposite sex, but everybody deserves a second or third or fourth chance, right?
