Pam Coker returns to Walford next week – but she’s not come to catch up with old friends. Instead, she’s on the warpath, bringing some devastating news with her.
Billy is preparing for a visit from boss Les Coker when he gets himself in a tizz because the fridges at the funeral parlour have broken down (yeuch!).
As flustered Mr Mitchell sets about fixing the problem, he’s relieved to get a message saying Les has cancelled his visit.
But the relief doesn’t last long – because Billy soon gets a shock when Pam turns up instead. And she’s not happy to see Billy!
Pam reveals the reason for her surprise visit – she has got some very bad news for Mr Mitchell!

As Billy tries to talk his way out of this latest set-back, Pam’s unimpressed and she fires him on the spot. It’s good news for Jay, though, as Pam makes him temporary manager!
As always, unable to admit what’s happened to wife Honey (when will he learn?!) Billy lies that he’s got a payrise and sneakily phones Les, hoping to persuade him to give him his job back.
When that doesn’t work, Bill turns to Tina Carter for advice and she suggests he applies for another job. He does as she says and is pleased when the interview goes well.

But Billy’s upset when he finds out Les has got to his potential employer first and told them everything that’s happened – it looks like Billy’s going to have to fess up to Honey.
Back in the Square, Billy turns to Tina once more (seriously, Billy – not a good plan!) and she consoles her friend – and tells him it’s time to tell Honey the truth.
In true soapy style, Honey sees Tina and Billy together and goes to find out what they’re up to. As he tries to admit he lied about his job, things take an unexpected turn and he ends up confessing that he slept with Tina!
What will Honey do now?
