Corrie’s Sean Tully is to be the victim of a violent beating later this summer, according to rumours.
Sean’s alter ego, actor Antony Cotton, recently signed a new one-year contract for the show, and it seems the storyliners have got something big lined up for him already.
When Sean’s finances take a nosedive, shocked viewers will see the former knicker-stitcher forced to live on the streets.
He will end up camping out, sharing a tent with a homeless woman.
But when he goes to have a wash in a public toilet, he’s followed by two thugs.
And they will viciously beat him up in a shocking homophobic attack that leads Sean bloodied and bruised.
