Cain Dingle is rattled in Emmerdale next week when he hears that acid thrower Simon McManus is back in the area.
Simon was last seen earlier this year when he was let off in court for the attack that left Ross Barton scarred for life.
Ross was left devastated to see his attacker walk free and made a vow to himself to get justice his own way.
He’s been trying to track the drug dealer down ever since to get revenge for ruining his life. Of course, that was before he found out that Debbie Dingle was the one who ordered the attack.
Ever protective of his daughter, Cain jumped in and threatened Simon, even pretending to throw acid in his face before forcing him to leave the village.
So when he returns, Simon is full of rage and it’s all directed towards Cain.
The Dingle bad boy will already have a run in with a crow bar bearing intruder at Home Farm after hearing that Simon’s back in town.
But after wrestling the stranger – who he thinks is Simon – to the ground and knocking him out cold, he discovers it’s actually Moira’s youngest daughter who’s now living as a man called Matty.
Moira is stunned to learn Hannah is living as a man and has been in Manchester all this time – not London as she thought.
Cain isn’t off the hook with Simon though and gets a nasty shock while he’s working on a car later in the week.
Out of the blue he gets a blow to the head with a huge wrench and when he looks up a bloodied and battered Simon is standing over him.

But Simon isn’t about to leave it at that and menacingly lifts the tool up to bring down on Cain’s head again. Is his life in danger?
