Stacey Solomon poses in bikini months after giving birth

Stacey Solomon is enjoying her first family holiday since the birth of her son Rex.

The Loose Women star shared a photo to Instagram on Saturday showing herself in a bikini while taking a dip in the ocean with baby Rex.

The photo showed Stacey, 29, wearing a black two-piece as she smiled at Rex, who looked adorable in a nappy and a sun hat.

Stacey told fans she’s celebrating her “beautiful cellulite”, “back bumps” and “tummy ledges”.

She wrote: “I love my body. Every bit of it. Even the bits that society says shouldn’t be there. Because EVERY bit of it came together to make him.

“And Zachary. And Leighton. cellulite is beautiful, back bumps add character and tummy ledges are great for resting a baby on.”

Fans gushed over the beautiful picture, with many praising Stacey’s body confidence.

Stacey welcomed Rex back in May with her boyfriend Joe Swash.

She’s also a mum to  sons Zachary, 11, and Leighton, seven, from previous relationships.

Stacey is currently enjoying a family holiday with Joe and her boys.

Last week, the star revealed she did her “full day back at work” since welcoming Rex.

Did my first full day back at work today 😬😭 so this is an appreciation post for all of those mothers who have to leave their babies and go back to work. I felt really emotional today but the reality for me was that I was able to bring Rex with me, to a job that I absolutely love, doing something I really enjoy. I sat for a long time today just thinking about how lucky I am. And I couldn’t help but spend a lot of time thinking about women with really tough jobs, ones they may not even like doing. Jobs that aren’t understanding. The jobs that don’t allow you the chance to continue to work and also allow you to include your child in some way. Those people who don’t have understanding, companionate colleagues and bosses. Those that are doing all they can to survive and don’t have a choice as to weather they ”want” to go back to work or not. I remember having Zachary and going back to college when he was this age, then I’d be straight to the fish and chip shop after college and I’d only see him before I dropped him off in the college crèche and then when I got home about 10 after my shift. I’m so lucky that thats not the case this time around (enter 1st child mum guilt 😂) But I know that that scenario and so many others are lots of people’s current reality so basically I’m in awe of you all. Your f*ing incredible. You’re raising super humans and doing a great job! Alongside two photos – one showing herself with her baby boy and another showing her breastfeeding – Stacey admitted she felt “really emotional”.

She said: “I felt really emotional today but the reality for me was that I was able to bring Rex with me, to a job that I absolutely love, doing something I really enjoy.

“P.S Rex isn’t in this project I just stole a sneaky pic of the two of us while we were both there, and I was fully made up and dressed in actual clothes.”
