She said: “Sometimes the things we are most insecure about can become our best friends.
“I used to hate my side profile because of my nose and be so sad I didn’t have a smooth cute button pixie nose (which is what I thought was the ultimate sign of beauty).
“Now I feel like I’m unique with lots of different bits and bumps that make me, me.”
She added: “Thank g-d for Barbara Streisand, Bette Midler, and many more people who I look up to and have been rocking their amazing noses since day one!”
Her fans rushed to comment with one saying: “You are one of the most beautiful people both inside and out and I love your honesty and the fact you are real and have body hang ups just like us. It’s nice to see that you are a real woman.”
Another added: “You are a true role model.”
“I think you are a massive inspiration for young girls,” a third wrote.
Mum-of-two Stacey is fast becoming a master in empowering body confidence among her fans.
Last month Stacey revealed to fans what she really looks like without all the glam TV make-up.
The much-loved presenter uploaded before and after shots showing the difference.
Stacey captioned the shot: “This is how I turned up for work (left) and how I went home (right). Black eye, period skin, and just washed, haystack hair… turned into No black eye flawless skin and soft wavy curled hair.
“I thought I’d put this up just to give anyone who wants to know a bit of reality about the difference that hair and make up makes not to mention lighting and filters etc.
“So the next time you look at somebody in a magazine or on TV or just in your social news feeds and think G-d I wish I looked like that just think of me and what I really look like underneath all of the sorcery! #Everybody’sHussling.”
Fans flooded the post with comments branding her an “inspiration” and praising her for being so real.
