Stacey Solomon reveals ongoing battle with Loose Women

To share or not to share, that is the question...

Stacey Solomon has admitted it can be difficult trying to decide how much to share on Loose Women.

The 28-year-old has become a favourite among viewers thanks to her candid and very relatable stories about everything from her sex life to body image and being a single mum.

But in a new interview with OK! magazine, the star, who is loved up with boyfriend Joe Swash, admitted it can be a balancing act deciding what to share and who it could impact.

She said: “It’s always nice to share personal experiences. It’s like therapy for me and being honest can help other people, too.

“Sometimes it’s difficult, though. I have to think, should I speak about this and who will it affect if I do?”

Stacey went on to say that she’d never discuss anything personal without consulting her loved ones first, if she felt it was something that could affect them, too.

“If I’m going to say something really personal, I’ll run it past my family or Joe first to make sure they’re comfortable with it,” she said.

“Things I say get taken out of context all the time, though.”

Stacey joined Loose Women in 2016 and is a firm favourite among viewers.

And she’s made no secret of how much she loves her job, either!

Just yesterday she shared a photo to Instagram showing her sitting in a ball pit with fellow panellists Nadia Sawalha and Linda Robson.

She captioned the snap: “Meetings in the ball pit! I LOVE MY JOB!! And my beautiful friends!”

Meanwhile, Stacey and Joe are looking more smitten than ever… but have insisted they are in no rush to get married or have children.

Stacey is already mum to sons Leighton, five, and Zachary, nine, while Joe has son Harry, ten.

In a recent interview with The Sun, Joe, 36, said: “We want to have a family ourselves. We’re happy and we just want to stay happy and I think that’s the key to things.”
