Stacey captioned the post: “Saturday nights.”
The star recently confirmed that she and Joe have named their baby son Rex Toby Francis Swash.
Taking to Instagram on Rex’s due date, Stacey shared a black and white image of the adorable tot sound asleep, wrapped in a blanket.
She revealed: “Rex Toby Francis Swash. Due today, born 23.05.2019 on my Mummy’s birthday.”
Explaining their choice of name, Stacey continued: “Rex because our boys think he sounds like a T-Rex. Francis is Joe’s Nanna’s name and Toby is my Nanna’s name.”
She added: “It’s taken us this long to announce the name because for some strange, probably hormone and post birth related, reason I didn’t want to do it until his official due date.”
Stacey has been very honest with her fans since becoming a mum again.
Last week, Stacey revealed her struggles with breastfeeding alongside a snap of herself feeding Rex.
She wrote: “Trying to smile. This is my face every time he latches on.”
Speaking about her older sons, Stacey continued: “I didn’t breastfeed Leighton and I don’t remember 11 years ago with Zach so it came as a bit of a shock to me when my feeding experience wasn’t blissful breast time and expressing pints of milk in between!
“After not mastering the latch that leaving my boobs engorged and my nipples feeling like they’d been rubbed on sandpaper I think we are finally getting there.
“I’ve been milked by just about every health visitor and breastfeeding specialist around (for which I am eternally grateful) and my baby can finally get his tiny mouth around, what Zach and Leighton call, my Pepperami nipples!”

She added: “We still haven’t mastered it yet and we might never master it – that’s OK too. I just thought for anyone out there struggling or who struggled to breastfeed that it’s perfectly OK, there’s nothing wrong with you, and you’re doing amazingly.
“All things I’ve struggled to believe at times. Here’s to making it work no matter what way round you do it! Breast or bottle, Mammas, YOU ARE INCREDIBLE!”
