EastEnders star Jessie Wallace has revealed her feisty character will clash with another of Walford’s fiery females.
The actress, who is returning to play Kat Slater, told Metro.co.uk that Kat will have a feud with Karen Taylor!
Could she have met her match in the loudmouth mum?
Jessie told the site: “Karen Taylor, definitely.
“I could tell you so much but I can’t. It’s really exciting. When I got the scripts I was screaming with laughter!”
Jessie will show up in Walford this week as news of Kat’s death spreads around Albert Square.
Mo Harris (Laila Morse) arrived back on Friday and told a devastated Stacey that Kat had died.
The women realise they can’t afford to bury her so they turn to Kat’s old friends and neighbours to help them raise the money.
But it’s clear something dodgy is going on when Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) returns and drops a bombshell on Stacey.
This comes just before Kat arrives in a cab and interrupts her own wake.
Jessie also told Metro.co.uk: “She basically turns up at her own wake and she’s got the debris to clear up, all the damage that a certain person has caused by saying that Kat’s dead.”
We can’t imagine too many residents will be impressed about having been fleeced by Mo.
