Former Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davis has sparked pregnancy rumours – by eating gherkins.
The actress shared a video to Instagram Stories that showed her ordering a Subway sandwich and having it loaded with gherkins.

In the video she could be heard saying “Keep them coming. Oh yeah” to the Subway employee making the sandwich.
The post was captioned “mmmm it’s happening. Gherkin overload.”
When Stephanie was pregnant with her one-year-old son Caben she reported that gherkins were one of her top pregnancy cravings.
She wrote about her cravings in her column for OK! Magazine, claiming that except for pickles and bacon she’d completely lost her appetite.
“Pickles and bacon are my biggest pregnancy cravings!” she said. “I seem to have mostly lost my appetite but those 2 things are making me very happy.”
The actress also posted a “date night” shot to Instagram Stories Friday night – showing two enormous bowls of popcorn waiting to be eaten – but she didn’t give any hints who would be eating them with her.
Stephanie’s reps recently denied that she was seeing someone new, after she posted shots of a dinner out with a friend.
Speculation arose that the evening was a date – but speaking to OK! Online, her reps confirmed that there was no romance going on.
“They are genuinely two friends who just went out for dinner like we all do,” they said. “Steph is very happy being single at the moment.”

The actress is about to make a return to Hollyoaks – three years after she was fired.
Show boss Bryan Kirkwood has spoken of his excitement in bringing Stephanie back to the show, telling Digital Spy that it was time for her to get back in the acting saddle.
“Stephanie turned her life around, is making better choices and is returning to what she does brilliantly – and that’s being a fantastic actress,” he said.
