Strictly Come Dancing fans are worried Kevin Clifton may quit the show after he announced a new job.
On Monday, the dancer revealed he’s set to be a judge on new ITV show All Star Musicals.

While many were thrilled for Kevin, others worried whether his new role meant he’ll be leaving the dancefloor on Strictly.
One person replied: “This sounds like a great show, and will definitely be watching. @keviclifton is this instead of strictly this year?”
Another wrote: “Does that mean you’re leaving Strictly? Really hope not,” while a third tweeted: “Congratulations, this is great news Kevin. Is this instead of strictly? I really hope not, love watching you dance.”

Thankfully for Strictly fans, All Star Musicals is an one-off special and will air this spring so it’s likely he will still be able to do Strictly.
The show will see seven celebrities take to the stage at the London Palladium to perform an iconic musical number.
Kevin will join American Gods star Kristin Chenoweth, singer and musical theatre favourite Elaine Page and West End’s Trevor Dion Nicholas on the judging panel.
The star said in a statement: “When I was asked if I would like to be part of All Star Musicals I was like ‘hell yeah’, but to be asked to be part of the actual judging panel was another level.
“I am so excited to join the rest of the panelists and being honest, it will be nice to be on the other side of the desk for once.”
However, Kevin recently revealed that he that he’s still waiting to be phoned up by the producers to renew his contract.
He told BBC Radio Humberside: “They ask us, and probably in the next month or two they’ll start making phone calls to everyone to talk about the next series and whether they want you back on the show or not.

“You’re never contracted to more than just the series that you’re on. Hopefully, they’ll give me a call and say, ‘We’d love to have you back for the 2019 series’, and then I’ll be doing that from August to Christmas.”
Despite lifting the glitter ball trophy with the 31-year-old documentary maker, Kevin admitted: “You never want to count your chickens.”
