The star shared a video showing herself trying to button up a pair of jeans.
As the video went on it saw Oti trying to fit into the size 12 jeans over the last few months.
Coming from a size 18 to a size 10 wasn’t just about the number on the scale— it was about *feeling* stronger, healthier, and more alive
In other parts of the clip, Oti shows a glimpse into her workouts and revealed her goal is to get “fit and ready” for next June for her Viva Carnival tour.
At the end of the video, Dancing On Ice judge Oti is seen smiling as she fits into a size 10 pair of jeans.

In the caption, Oti explained in more detail about her fitness journey.
She wrote: “This journey has been one of the toughest but most beautiful experiences of my life. When I decided to go on tour, I knew that the first step wasn’t just about rehearsals, it was about changing my mindset, my diet, and how I physically feel.
“Coming from a size 18 to a size 10 wasn’t just about the number on the scale. It was about *feeling* stronger, healthier, and more alive.”
Oti continued: “After my pregnancy, dealing with gestational diabetes meant I had to be even more mindful of my health, especially being pre-diabetic.
“So I started to change how I approached food, movement, and how I looked at my own body. This journey isn’t about getting ‘skinny’. It’s about gaining strength, confidence, and discipline in a way that feels sustainable and true to me.”
The dancer said she’s proud to see her body “transform, not just in shape, but in how it feels”.
Her followers were in awe over Oti’s honest post as one praised: “You’re an inspiration. I had gestational diabetes first time round. Thank you for being real.”
Another wrote: “Your video is encouraging and honest. Well done on your progress.”
