Hollyoaks actress Chelsee Healey has announced the exciting news that she’s given birth to her first child.
The star reportedly welcomed her bundle of joy on July 13 and shared the news on her Instagram.
This comes after rumours earlier this week that she had split from her partner of three years Jack Malloy.
Alongside a snap of a blanket and pillow embroidered with the words ‘Baby Malloy’ the 28-year-old wrote: “Yesterday was the Hardest But Most Amazing Day of my Life.”
The star announced that she was expecting earlier this year.
Showing off her blossoming baby bump in a tight red dress the actress cuddled up to Jack in a shoot for OK! magazine.
Speaking about the moment she found out she was pregnant, she said: “When I saw the test was positive I started crying, but they were happy tears.
“It wasn’t something we’d planned but now we are having a baby we couldn’t be happier.”
Jack added: “It was definitely a shock but I was over the moon when she told me. I think it’s still sinking in, I can’t wait to be a dad.”
Earlier in the week Chelsee teased fans with a baby bump photo on her Instagram showing her in the last stages of her pregnancy.
She wrote: “My Last Bump Picture Hopefully!”
She then added: “We Rode The Whole 9 month Alone, I can Do the Next 18 years alone Baby,” hinting that she’s no longer with her baby daddy Jack.
Fans certainly seem to think so as they sent messages of support, telling her she’ll be an amazing mum.
“It’s hard being ma & pa but it’s double the rewards!!” said one. While another added: “You defo can! An no doubt you’ll do it better alone too!”
A third agreed: “Better off alone!! You get a bundle of love all to yourself!! Then you get this crazy single mum power where you can just do anything!!!!”
“Single mummy power 💪 xxx” commented another.
Chelsee and Jack were rumoured to have split up last year after he was sent to prison for driving offences.
At the time The Sun reported that him being behind bars had been too much pressure and they ended their relationship.
But Chelsee has been keen on keeping her fans updated with her pregnancy journey.
Earlier in the month the star admitted to feeling anxious about her baby and kept checking its movements.
She tweeted: “Sending myself mad stressing trying to monitor and feel the baby’s movements, makes me so paranoid.”

The exciting news comes just weeks after her co-star Jen Metcalfe welcomed her baby boy into the world.
The two had previously shared a photo of them comparing bumps as they filmed their final scenes on Hollyoaks.
