Strictly Come Dancing star Ore Oduba has been lined up to replace Phillip Schofield on the This Morning sofa.
But don’t worry folks, everyone’s favourite silver fox isn’t quitting the show.
He is merely busy with filming commitments and popular ballroom competitor Ore will be standing in for him alongside to keep Holly Willoughby company later this week.
According to someone close to the handsome presenter, Ore has come to an arrangement with BBC bosses for him to take some time out from rehearsals to do the show.
The presenter, who worked on the BBC’s Olympic coverage earlier this year, previously gushed about what a big fan he is of the morning show after appearing as a guest earlier this month.
“Tried to play it cool on air…,” he tweeted at the time. “Now we’re done, can I just say I love This Morning. Thanks for having me.”
Speaking to The Mirror, Ore said: “I’m really excited to be hosting This Morning with Holly. I’ve watched and loved the show for years. For me, it’s one of TV’s crown jewels.”
“I can’t wait to meet the team and huge thanks to Phillip for allowing me to hop into his seat for the day.”
This Morning’s editor, Martin Frizell appears to be just as excited to have the Strictly favourite on the show.
“It was great to see Ore enjoy his experience so much on the show recently, and being such a fan of the show I’m sure he’ll adapt his presenting skills brilliantly to the pace and variety of content throughout the morning.”
Ore’s first stint on the show will be this Thursday!
