Mollie King has insisted that she and Strictly Come Dancing partner AJ Pritchard were NEVER a couple despite widespread speculation.
Even though Mollie, 30, and AJ, 23, frequently denied they were a couple, it didn’t stop everyone wondering if they really were just friends…
Especially when, just after Christmas, they were seen leaving a friend’s wedding arm-in-arm, which fuelled all the rumours yet again.
But now Saturdays singer Mollie has cleared up the situation by telling The Sun she and AJ have never, EVER dated – despite what is constantly suggested.
“With Strictly, you expect romance rumours, especially as I was single,” she said.

“But we could laugh it off because we’re so close.
“Every now and again I do get linked to people I’m not with and I’m trying to get used to that, but with Strictly it’s just part of it.
“While I would like to settle down, I’d rather be with my friends than the wrong person.”
Mollie is still single but told the newspaper she’s thinking about trying out online dating apps in a quest to find love.
We’re sure she’ll have no shortage of admirers!
In an interview with Lorraine last month, Mollie admitted the scrutiny Strictly contestants receive – including about their love life – can be difficult to handle.
“There’s definitely a lot of attention when you’re on one of these shows,” she said.
“Obviously, romance rumours as well as, obviously, everything that comes along with it – you know, the scrutiny and being judged on national TV – it’s terrifying but it’s the most amazing experience.
“You spend 12 hours a day together and you do just become so close.
“You have to really trust your partner.”
While a group of Strictly finalists, including winner Joe McFadden, are currently on the Strictly Live Tour, Mollie is gearing up for a change of career.
